Very Upset Cloud

Description
Replaces the Angry Nimbus and renames it to Very Upset Cloud, more fitting the new dangerously adorable thunder cloud.

If you have a request for a different enemy or npc, let me know in the comments as I really enjoy making them!

@JoSquared After thinking about it who am i to say whats weird and whats not. Letting people enjoy their life is such a simple yet impacting thing to inherently not be a hater. Great texture and animation work. Keep it up.

If you guys want to harass people for making workshop content please go harass people who make oversexualized female models. Thank you for making this OP it looks very cute
