Epic places for loot (WIP)

You want to find food? Guns and ammo? Protective clothes? Medicine? Generally awesome places for loot? You're at the right place!

Just a heads up!

This is mostly a WIP, I'm gonna try to find the best places for loot (Or just general areas for loot) and post them here. If you know a good place for loot, make sure to tell me so I can steal your idea and claim it.

Seriously though, this will get updated over the course of a couple of weeks or even months, right now this ain't much but I'll try to upload more when I actually have the time.

Military surplus

1. Army Surplus

Tons of ammo, guns, great variety of protective clothes, two guaranteed military HAM radios, two guaranteed tent kits, great melee weapons if you got lucky. The Army Surplus is pretty clear for the most part, you won't have to fight 50 thousand zombies just to enter it. You don't even need a sledge hammer to enter the building unlike the rest of the gun stores.

Self Storage

This one's near riverside. Every single storage area here has a chance to spawn a generator. They might also have some tools, great to check out if you want building materials.

Unnamed Gun Store

Lots of ammo and guns, obviously. What makes this gun store better than the west point gun store is the fact that you don't need a fancy sledgehammer or carpentry skills to enter. The main door is made of wood so you could break it with an axe or a blunt weapon, heck, you could make the zombies break the door if you want to.

West Point Gun Store

You either need 6 carpentry to make a stairs in order to enter this one, or a sledgehammer. Either way, you'll find a ton of guns and ammo here

McCoy Logging Company

The one and only, great for a base, but this isn't a base guide, it's a loot guide. The crates there spawn different kind of things. Nails, crowbars, hand axes, hardware stuff in general. You might even find a sledgehammer if you get lucky.

Riverside's hardware store

Always worth a hit, you could find building materials there, and tools if you somehow haven't found one yet.

Newton Freight Warehouse

Unlike your average warehouse, Newton Freight's warehouse has a little bit of everything; From tools to winter clothes to non-perishable food and house supplies, what this warehouse lacks in quantity it makes up for it with its loot diversity. It's located at the northern-west section of Louisville and has a surprisingly small amount of zombies surrounding it. It's best to loot this warehouse as early as possible if you spawned inside Louisville using mods.

Louisville Military Surplus

It's pretty similar to the previous rural military surplus store, though this one's inside Louisville. Unlike the rural version though, this one requires a sledgehammer to enter the gun store part. It's really just a gun store with military equipment, hunting knives, hatchets and tents. It's located at the northern-west section of Louisville, not many zombies lurking around so you should be able to secure the loot without too much trouble.

@Astricozy if you go to Project Zomboid Map Project and go near Rosewood, you'll see that right in front of Rosewood, towards the river, there is a large territory of farm lands. If you have the map zoomed in to the point where you can only see Rosewood and the entire area of farmlands, with Rosewood pointing towards the lower left corner, at the top of the farmlands, near the top left corner, you should see a cluster of locations (blue balls ;)) -- about six in total.
The last one (towards the river) is the Military Surplus store.

For those looking for seeds (and farmin XP), I would add the location of the farm which has grown plants, you can harvest instantly.
