eMini Safety Car

Description
Due to a Request from Garitt Gibsn and Errol Prefet, i did make a new Safety Car for the
Formula E.

Because of a Lack of free Time, i did use a 3D Model from a 2015 Mini, with a free to use Licence, from the Internet and edited that 'a little bit'.

The Mod has a normal Safety Car and a drivable Version included.

@ Dark 62 (620hp) Thanks for the Suggestion, but i plan to maybe add only 1 more Safety Car, which will be the Aston Martin Vantage F1 Safety Car.
