Become a Guard - Mod Request.

Enter the Imperial Prisons Delta near Solitude, and ask the Magistrate in the Court room to become a Guard. Then you may "arrest" any troublesome Beggars, Thieves Guild Members or Dark Bros. Members. You can also "hire beggars" for one day (speechcraft +30, 1 day). Or pay the Magistrate 100 Gold for a Bail Letter, give the letter to any prisoners in the Imperial Prisons (bottom level). As long as the prisoner has that letter, they are free to go, and will visit the Court room. If they sell you the letter by accident, they return to their prison cell. The Imperial Prisons can also house the Player should you violate any existing Laws. Plus you receive a Private Office and a Daily Salary (see Magistrate for details; retain Office Key for salary). You can hire a female Guard who is marriable and can cook a meal, buys ingredients, drinks, or can heal you. The "arrested" NPCs will visit the Prison, and return home after posting bail.

The NPC/characters that are arrested, will appear briefly in the prison, then leave according to their individual AI Package and return to their original position. The arrest sends the NPC to the prison (maybe they post bail?). It does not keep them there. I used Factions for this, like with the Thieves guild or Dark Brotherhood factions.

I thought it was just me, at first I didn't get the option to fire a guard but I brought up a save and then it appeared. All good now and I like the mod, thanks

This was a mod request, the female guard is hired by the Magistrate in the Court room (she appears in the court room). I can mod requests and play ESO.

I just tried it and found no issues, it works as intended. Not that I'm complaining, but I thought you retired from modding?
