More Traits, Ethics, Civics (AI NOT AFFECTED) (UNLIMITED)

With this mod you can get all ethic buffs with a special ethic, all civic buff with a single civic and you can have all posible traits with unlimited points.

Beware this mod increases the maximum ethic points from 3 to 4 and this causes AI to have 2 fanatic or 4 moderate ethics.
If you want only 3 ethic points as in vanilla, you can go to mod directory "common\define" and open the "00_defines.txt" file and search for "ETHOS_MAX_POINTS" and change the value of it to 3.

AI is not afffected.
