Description

This is the no sunglasses version of Peacewalker Bill with the gloves from 1970s PMC Bill.

Replaces Bill's texture with the fantastic 1970's PMC Bill Texture by Robogineer. The head was modified by me to remove the sunglasses. I liked using Robogineer's skin but hated the gloves, so I removed them. Then I put them back for people who liked the gloves but disliked the sunglasses.
