Replaces the stats of the G3 Military Sniper to that of the Barrett XM109, which you also know as the Rytec AMR from COD:MW19.

I'm going full-on Treyarch Mode on this one, so the stats are probably ridiculously OP.

maybe lower the ammo reserve to 200?
