SL-99 Rivaler - Multi Role STOL Fighter

The SL-99 Rivaler is versatile and highly agile STOL fighter which can adapt to a number of different roles. The jet has a top speed of 500 knots with afterburners, and a max range of over 4000km at cruising speed of 250 knots. It can carry 8 guided missiles and have room for an optional co-pilot for specific missions. The jet is 17.5m long and has a wingspan of 15.5m.

- Get into the cockpit and sit down in the pilot seat.
- Power up all the screens with the four switches to your left.
- Turn on all the required navigation lights on with the switches on your right side.
- Take the throttle all the way down to 1% with the [Up/Down] keys.
- After taking the throttle all the way down, enable the engine fuel valve.
- Make sure the engine kill switch is off, then hold the compressor button until the engine start.
- You can taxi with controlling the nose wheel steering with [Left/Right] keys.



Weapons
First, you need to arm the weapons with a button on the main console.
Use trigger button to fire the autocannons. It's highly recommended to use infinite ammo, since it will only have 5 seconds of ammo if not.
The missiles will fire one by one in sequence. Keep your speed as low as possible, and like with any fighter launching a rocket, don't pitch down when launching it.
You can hold [3] to engage the mouse aim assist. This will allow you to slightly mouse aim for better precision when using the autocannons.

Refueling and charging
There’s a hatch under the left wing where you can access the fuel connector and find a spare hose. You will find an electrical port in the same location which is directly connected to the battery.
There’s also an aerial refueling port on the shoulder of the right wing.

Screens
Both the pilot and the co-pilot can view a map and the radar. The pilot can also change the main screen to view the forward facing IR camera.
The co-pilot can view and control a gimbal camera which is stored under the left wing.
The small screen to the left of the pilot can view the engine RPS, fuel, and calculated range with current speed and fuel level.
The screen on the right side of the pilot will display any alarms like low fuel, low battery, or fire.

AP and AH
The autopilot will deactivate when you reach the destination and you’ll continue to fly in the same direction.
The altitude hold correction will depend on the missile load because of the affected weight and drag.
