This is my 1:1 representation of the Damen 2111 ASD TUG

The easiest way to learn the systems of the Damen Ta800 Tanker is to watch the tutorial videos.

Operation instructions:


Head down to the engine room. Door at the port of the ship

1. Open the door at the bottom of the stairs
2. Turn right
3. Enter the breaker room
4. On the right wall as you enter there will be 2 sliding hatches. Open the top one.
5. Turn the key switch and press the master power button
6. Flip both battery switches
7. Toggle both recharge buttons




Head Up to the Bridge

1. On the right side of the main console flip the master power.
2. Flip both engine Start stop switches. Engines will come on and auto restart.
3. Look to the starboard bridge door. There is the navigation light panel. Each number represents a light configuration. Select "2" for normal nav operations.
4. The Azipods are synced by default
5. To control the thrust of both azipods select the thrust sync



Generator

-Generator is automated. It will auto start/stop and will auto throttle to maintain battery.



Service panel. Open the service panel. Inside you will find the fill for the fuel and DEF (jet fuel). Also the shore power connection is there. To connect shore power make sure you flip the switch. The shore power needs to be configured in the engineering room. In order to power the ship the main bus needs to be turned on. Automated engine room sprinklers


Simulated DEF System. DEF is Diesel Exhaust Fluid. It is a urea based chemical that catalyses the exhaust reducing pollution. I have simulated this. In game DEF is jetfuel. for every 35 liters of disel burned 1 liter of DEF (jet) will be pumped out. Simulating DEF usage. When the DEF reaches 0 the engines will shut down.
