Description
Adds historical emblems and flag backgrounds for Southern Africa.

Emblems: Union coat of arms, Rhodesia coat of arms, South-West coat of arms, Mosambiek coat of arms, SADF emblem

Backgrounds: Tricolour, Vierkleur, OVS flag, Natal flag

The emblems work without issue. The colours of the backgrounds work fine with orange, white and blue, but Paradox's system has trouble with others, as it doesn't actually support more than two colours.
