Fueled 1.4 FIXED

Description
The original fueled 1.4 mod by Herobrine broke the npc settings by having the menu disappear and I got tired of no one fixing it, since I am on a large nostalgic trip for kitty0706's videos I decide to fix it myself.
Now you should be able to enjoy some classic Garry's Mod vehicles without no missing menus.

You do still need Herobrine's fueled skins or the cars will have the checkerboards.

And also you need to go into vehicle body groups to get the doors, hood, etc. That is just how the addon is.

Also if the herobrine does not want this up I will take it down, even though this fixes a annoying issue.

Also, Also you don't need the original fueled mod, the cars are in this aswell.

could you potentially change the name of the supra to something else? because then it conflicts with garry's mod on wheels's one.
