Fallout 3 GOTY instant crash fix

If my other crash fix isnt working you can try this one.
Open your File Explorer and follow this path:
This pc -> Documents -> My Games -> Fallout3
And then delete all the .ini files and also the RendererInfo.text file.
Then you can start your Fallout 3 again and it should work

Thank you for your fixes! My game was crashing on launch, but with both of your fixes as well as just deleting everything in that folder, my game now works fine.

Fallout 3 doesn't show up under My Games. There's no files in there. Using Windows 11
