Rocko the Mini-Lizard

Rocko is a dual-wielding, fire-breathing mini-lizard who appears at the Inn in Riverwood. He will level with you and does not have a level cap that you should be able to reach.
Things to note about our good friend:
- He's a bit overpowered at lower levels or on lower difficulties; this can be remedied to some extent by giving him weaker weapons.
- He is set to essential so he will not die on you.
- Works with all versions and other mods that I've tested it with up to now.
- His firebreath shout might cause problems when it comes to fighting in heavily populated areas. Though I haven't had any issues to date.
- This is my first creation, so any improvement advice is welcome as long as it is in a nice manner :p

KNOWN ISSUES
- When interacting with certain objects, Rocko will grow to normal size and will shrink back down when he's done with his interaction (happens with alchemy labs, some benches, etc.) This is not really a problem I'm aware how to fix other than to resize him to normal, which isn't what I was intending.
- His entire body is supposed to be the same reddish hue as his horns and tail but for some reason it sometimes gives a bland skin tone. I am still working on fixing this and if any modders have any knowhow on how to do it I'm all ears. For now, though, there's a helmet in his inventory that you can take and re-give him to cover his face.
