Pistol With No Machete

- "Machete and Pistol" is now only the pistol.
- Startup time decreased to 0.2s (prev 0.3s).
- Damage decreased to 100 (previously 130).
- No longer crits, burns, or knocks back (wanted to keep these but couldn't due to technical reasons).
The weapon still counts as a melee attack, though I'm looking into a way to make it work as a ranged weapon. Now functions more as an alternate "finisher" secondary weapon as well as a small mob killer, more akin to how pistols work in Curse of the Dead Gods. Leave a comment for any feedback.
