[KYD] Cider Tweaks for Vanilla Brewing/Plants Expanded

Brings a few changes to how cider is produced when both Vanilla Brewing Expanded and Vanilla Plants Expanded are loaded.

• Cider recipe now requires 20 Apples, and 5 of any item from the Fruit category.
  
• Apple Tree is now sowable in any biome.

That's it! That's all this mod does. Sure, maybe prunes in cider don't make sense, but like... have you seen the crazy stuff the hard cider scene has been coming up with? https://i.imgur.com/jjACUmr.png Not compatible with my other mod from 100 years ago. Will probably throw an error with any other mod that changes the ingredient list for Cider, but... I'm not sure of any specifically, since there's a whole 7 mods on the Workshop that mention "cider". Just let me know, I'll patch it right up!
