Looking this map made me think "which part of it have more resources?", so, let's check out:

Save Locations: 21



Left: 5
Center: 8
Right: 8

According to it's size I think the saves are well distributed, but there are areas with lots of save locations while other without any. Like the "Left part of the Center".

When the game beggins you'll have just some places to save, but as you play you will find all of them as you meet the important characters in the game.

Dead Shop: 10


Left: 2
Center: 6
Right: 2

The dead shop is distributed by its respective days, being 5 and 6 on the left, while 4 and 11 on the right.

A good thing to know is that you'll always have it's place maket in the map after you see the pantomime. And always in your first night you will find a dead body in front of the dead shop.

Hidden Treasures: 7

This is where I wanted to get. Look, if you loot the Right part you will get better stuff easier.

Remember to always pick up these items when passing by:
Nutshell, Lara's house and when you go to the right part of the map for any reason...
Make sure you get these items, you will probably need them.

Kids Treasure: 22

This is more well distributed, but look the places they are, I bet you can always make a rote to pass by the most of them when going your way. Most of them are in the edges, at night it's a safer place to look, some worth it things, right?

These boxes reset at 07:30h, exept for day 3.

It's said to always put something good back at the box when you take something from it, or the chances to find something good other day will decrease. But I think it doesn't change anything, I played the game and also put some good loot back and next day it was just as lame as ever, so just take the loot instead of leaving something good behind.

If you drink a twyrine there are chances of one of these boxes appear in your map, if you find it will have better loot than just finding without the twyrine.

Blood Roots:17

If you have blood to spare make sure to pass by this spots and get some mystic weed.

I just never used this while playing, instead i would just go to the village in the bottom right corner of the map and take the weed that grows there.

Herb Hotspots



Bottom: All of them

It's almost everything at the bottom of the map , so, if you are passying by, good harvest. You can get lots of it and sell some at the Pub Broken Hearth, it's really worth if you have some time to spare.

Look, on the map there are some spots randomly around the end of the river, but it's not quite accurate, okay? I just put there some icons to mean they are there, look over the place, you might find more ou even less than the amount there's on the map.

As I played I learned that there are some growing randomly for the map as well. It's easyer to find it at night, when it kind of shines, but at day you can find by hearing it, it makes some really weird noises that I hate the most, so I follow the sound and take them, when the noise stops means I took all the Herbs in the surrounding.

If you want some special twyre you can search for them in the infected areas and in the destroyed areas as well. But I think it's not worth it, it's your choice.

There are some specials in the bottom right corner of the map as well, these I think is worth to get because this place is not dangerous.

Kids are everywhere, they are very well distributed. Looking at the map i see there almost always some kids near a Fast Travel Canoe. So, if you're in a hurry just try to remember the ones that don't have and avoid those.

Water Pumps: 24

In the "Right" there is more. While the in the "Center" there more at the bottom. But there's a lot of water pumps, I think you will find them easily.

One good thing to talk about the water pumps is that when the plague starts people will break all of them, so you need to repair them, you will need some material like spring, gear and chisel. But, one thing to be aware of is that if the water pump you repair is in an area that is infected it will become polluted and next day it'll be broken again...

But your reputations will raise if you repair a water pump, but one thing to talk about reputations is that when an area became infected you reputation will fall to the middle, don't know why, I played the most right way and my reputation one day was at it's maxium and next day "No one cares about you". People forgets fast about someone who help them, sadly.

Water Barrels: 26

There's more Barrels than Water Pumps, so for sure you will find some water spots and will run for all this map, remember: be healthy drink water.

Know that in Act II there will be a mission to see if the barrels are contaminaded. I think the best thing to do is to not do anything about this mission, because if you take a water bottle to Danil all the barrels in the center will be destroyed forever... And the water pumps will need to be repaired, so it's like there no water in the center for the rest of the game.

And be sure to never take a barrel contamined to your's friends place, come on, don't make that mistake.

Pathologic 2 Full Map Big Size Vanilla

So, why there is a Vanilla Map here? Because I think you could want to make a map too. Thing is, I had to made one map myself. I searched for hours on the internet and just found maps without quality or full resolution ones with things above it.

So, feel free to use this map whatever the way you want.

Some Questions and Answers

First of all it's my first guide, and after that I'm not usually a english writer, so I'm sorry for any mistakes I made. But I would be glad to any kind soul that replys this and help me improve.

The map is not 100% accurate and it can improve yet, I made it based in all the maps I found on internet and some points change from map to map, I got confused looking all those maps and that's one reason why I had to made one myself. So, if something is in the wrong place tell me and I will corret it. i'm probably going to improve while I play the game.

Wow, they really vanished, sorry for that Wuality_Control. I will search for them in my old HD, but unfortunally i'm not so sure if i'm finding it.
