a simple map for game progress routing

simple progress map

Hollow Knight is a nice metroidvania game,
but I can't find simple map for game progress route,
as per the world map for each Castlevania / Metroid game,
which you just need one map as guideline or quick check,
no need to keep searching youtube, text walkthrough, or jump from map to map.

PS: if you feel this is spoiling the game,
and / or you can't control yourself to read map / walkthrough even not lost in game world,
i suggest you leave, because the target users of this map not you.

This map not set goal for 112% completion, or collect all items in game,
It is a simple guide for you to figure out next step when get stuck, don't know should go to which direction,
It only helps you to get the true (?) ending in Black Egg Temple,
not the hidden ending in Godhome.

so I made one during my gameplay,
there may has some minor mistakes, typing error in it,
but won't affect its function.

PS.2: it is based on the interactive map (sketch ver.) which you can find in internet,

I added the names of each area and important locations,
use green to highlight "key", light blue to highlight "dreamers & related stuffs",
then use simply A, B, C, ... , 1, 2, 3, ... in red (main task) & blue (optional) to point out my progress route.

now sharing with others who enjoying Hollow Knight,
let us looking for Hollow Knight: Silksong. ^_^

I like black fireball ability, as well as dark break floor. Pass through is neat aswell

rather than use those fancy name for ungrade.
i chose to use simple words from typical games.
you will understand what it means / equal to when you get those skills.
so haven't plan to change it.

btw, Merry X'Mas. Hope next year will be better...

Also "I" goes from 1-5 on the map but the key only says 1-3

isn't it called the "Howling Cliffs" not the "Howling Chiffs"?
