Better Red Ultra Secret Room Item Pool

Description
Improves the new Red Ultra Secret Room itempool by removing a bunch of underwhelming items, and also adding a bunch of new items that count as red in my opinion.

This doesn't mean getting to the Ultra Secret Room is an instant win, there's still a good variety of items here, just not any that I think are a complete disappointment.

I like the idea of adding pyromaniac and chaos since they are red. dont like the idea of removing a bunch of red items and addind non red items. ruins the entire theme

thanks u so much for the mod, its so dificult to being able to find one of those rooms, and when you find it the items are just bad

can you please do a version that adds the new ones but does not remove any of the current items? i genuinely cannot use this in its current state, even though i really like the idea and would really like to use it.

Well, given that the only change was adding C-Section as far as I'm aware, which this mod already did, I think it should be?
