Coming from rFactor 1 this evergreen mod deserved to be updated to rFactor2.
As usual, everything has been updated to the latest standard of rFactor2. The mod brings the original liveries and 10 new ones totally repainted in hires, together the new template. Also the interiors are totally remodeled by Chris "redapg", keeping only part of the original front cockpit.
I know the car is very very slow, low power, but do not undervalue it: every breath you take, every little steering movement can waste you precious time and catching up on an opponent is tremendously difficult! Due to the particular geometry of the car we provided in the options 3 different FFB levels. And do not forget to shift slowly, if using H-shift...

Templates are stored into your rFactor folder "Templates" and detailed info are available into rFactor 2 forum, Citroen 2CV thread.

Looks great but doesn't really have an ffb, so feels almost completely weightless when steering.

Good mod, but agree with enrik89music - "this mod need good ffb, update this, please!" :)

Yes thank you, I've been dreaming of this car in a racing sim!

ahhh I misunderstood you! I know how it works and used lot of times, but yes, you are right, I forgot to add the "displayclassoverride", just because I have one class only. I'll fix it.

If you look closely at the second screen shot you posted with the mod you will see 3 cars with pos led = 01 in the first 2 rows.

Yes, I know you want all the cars in the same class. But they are not.
As installed you have 3 classes:
2CV
2CV (old skins)
2CV 2006 Championship

Go to a track with no AI.
Add 1 AI driver from each of the 3 groups.
All 3 cars will show 01 on the POS LED.
Because they are in different classes

If you add this line to the upgrades.ini file:

DisplayClassOverride="Citroen 2CV"

The LED position lights will work correctly because all the cars will be in the same class and
you will still have the 3 groups on the car select screen.

I know this works because this is what I did with the Vintage Vee mod so the 3 different body styles would be listed separately on the car select screen but they race as 1 class.

2CV is one class only and uses one posled only! Please do not confuse class (that is intended for cars with different performances or classes IRL) with category (that is the name shown in the UI list).
