@ルシ@Unchanted If it doesn't work. follow these step guys :)
1. Subscribe this add-on. Enter game and wait until add-on finish loading and exit game
2. Go to Steam folder that you installed this game and go to Left4Dead2/left4dead2/addons/workshop
3. Search This add-on VPK file and move to the folder left4dead2/addons
4. Reload Game and check that add-on is enabled
