Queen Anne's Revenge is a pirate ship, famous for being the flagship of the dreaded Captain Edward Teach, said Blackbeard. Formerly a French slave ship named La Concorde de Nantes, the Revenge was boarded, captured and guarded by Blackbeard and his men. Decades of looting and murder later, Blackbeard used it in his quest to the Fountain of Youth. After he has died at the end of the journey, it is his murderer Hector Barbossa who takes control, and who decorates it according to his luxurious tastes. But he in turn lost the Revenge when Captain Armando Salazar took him and his men hostage, leaving Queen Anne's Revenge abandoned in the middle of the Ocean.
