Likrasc/Sithis' Own (Sithis Artifact)

Description
This is mod that adds a very powerful dagger to the game. It is protected and used by a Shadowscale Member in the Hall of The Dead in Riften. He is level 65 and is using the dagger so it is recommended you be of high level before attempting to get it. I am open to ideas on how it should be obtained and what the model should be.

Note: If you want to spawn it in type "help Sithis" in the console and type "player.additem (ID #)

@Kilroy Got the recipe for the grindstone upgrade :D I have made the quest to get it but I am working out some kinks (can't talk to the man NPC for some reason), but for now the NPC (Rascal) is in the Dawnstar Sanctuary just sittin around :P
