To access the island, you must have the Cucco Wings or a flying party member (such as a fairy, a bird, or a female dragon). The Cucco Wings are available from the Tinkerer, and will allow the Knight to fly to and from the island by holding down the CTRL button.

Tinkerer: Pin, or the Mouse Tinkerer, is an NPC who appears in the upper-left of Mouse Clocktown


or if you are already there on the island you will have to walk to the entrance of the cave I do not remember exactly but just follow the stone golems until you reach a wooden board that separates you from the entrance to Rubea and you can enter

Tinkerer is an NPC who appears in the upper-left of Mouse Clocktown. The appearance of Tinkerer is that of a random mouse NPC and resets daily. Tinkerer sells items, some of which cannot be found anywhere else, but she requires materials in order to make them. After giving her enough of these materials, the items will be permanently available for purchase.Cogs can be found on the ground at Ancient Battlefield; the Cucco Tailfeather it's a rare drop upon killing King Cucco, found in The Tree Canopy. Both appears a few days after the game begins and will respawn every day.

Queen Cocca can be found in the Kingdom above, she is located in the southwest of the central and biggest cloud of the map, in the Party Poppers Nest. To reach the location will be needed the Cucco Wings.

Fairies bottled up to fly, but a Progeny with wings and Tinkerer's wings work one of these three can make you fly
