Hey there!

Here's another functional landmark for your city - a world famous US CAPITOL. The building where US Congress meets is situated on Capitol Hill at the east-end of National Mall in Washington D.C.

Original building from 1800 was partially destroyed fourteen years later in the burning of Washington by the British then restored five years later. There were numerous architects involved in restoration, extension and re-modelling of the Capitol Building. The dome itself designed by Thomas U. Walter is 88m/288ft high and 29m/95ft in diameter. The Capitol is designed in neoclassic style.

In game you can find it in Art Deco category in asset menu (colorful icon) with the following stats:

- United States Capitol, Washington D.C., available in 1863 with COMMERCIAL capacity of 60.

This LANDMARK can be scaled from -30% to +30% and is quite beautifully detailed (ergo has a high tri-count / large size so please be advised - that said - 3 LODs are included for more friendly frame rates). For best results level the terrain underneath ;)
