Acid/Burning Resist Overhaul

This is a simple mod that adds an appropriate amount of acid and burning resistance to (probably) all leather clothing and armor, roughly allotted according to the "Wallace rule of nines" used for triaging burn wounds.

Now you can feel free to venture into the ashlands, deadlands, burning forest, and more, as a squishy human, without sacrificing your swag.

Notes: I haven't decided what to do with plate armor yet. My gut says that it wouldn't make a very good seal and should have zero resistance. Maybe Samurai Legplates should get some, but I'm bearish on anything else. I plan on making a patch for UWE at some point since I use it. Obviously things that are just cloth should have zero resistance, as they will just get soaked. But what about "reinforced" pants? What are they reinforced with? Leather? If it's leather, they should get some resistance. Or you could just RP that you waterproofed them as part of the reinforcement.

Notes 2: Yes, you can stack a leather shirt and a longcoat for more than 100% resistance. Should you? That's up to you. The lack of scripting provides limited capability to force balance on you when covering up the same body part multiple times. I can't force you to play "fairly". You have to RP and wear a full outfit including hats/pants providing the resistance you expect/want out of it if you're combining leather undershirts and leather chest armor.

Notes 3: Helmets. There are many that should provide some amount of acid resistance, realistically, but due to the way weather resistances are assigned, you can't do that without interfering with their ability to resist duststorm malus. Each clothing item has a weather resist modifier, and then you can choose what effects it resists. Adding a slight acid resist to the Samurai Helmet would nerf its duststorm resistance. I haven't decided what I want to do about that problem yet either.
