Description
Stellaris version supported: v.3.6.*
(supported v.3.7 too)
Not supported for 3.8 Paragon DLC, and is not necesary use this mod, Paragon DLC give us a new agenda system and council.


Summary:
You can choose an agenda by planetary decision, only in the capital, that allows you every 5 years to change the agenda for 1500 of unity.

Decision of Ruler Agenda

Allows to change the agenda of the leader or ruler of your Empire. It requires 5 years before your can change the agenda again.

Note: Remind, only Imperial, Oligarchic and Dictatorial goverments have Agenda. Democratic, Hive and Machine Intelligence goverments, have not Agenda.

English, Spanish and Polish
If you want to translate into other languages, I will update the MOD with these translations and put your credits as translator. Any errors in the text, translation, misspelling ... please indicate it in a comment and it will be fixed for future updates.

Without problem with saved games (both to install it and to uninstall it).

Another mods
Modify an original file of the game: common\agendas\agendas.txt The other files are owned. If some other mod modifies this file, it could cause problems.


Extra console commad:
If you want kill your ruler, open console and type this extra event of this mod -> event ruler_agenda.999 This event inmediate kill your leader and set a new leader.

Notes:
Bug?! - Issues
To change the agenda, the leader or ruler must first be eliminated, therefore, the ruler is first cloned (the agenda is not cloned) and assigned as the new leader, and then the previous one is eliminated. This makes it put a Roman numeral after the name (being a copy), but it does not overwrite another number you have put in. Only when you use the decision.

In 3.2, when you start a new game, now the ruler begin always with Agenda. Is very rare, the agenda vanilla file not change, but Paradox may be make changes for it in code inside.

@Spacewolf so far it doesn't seem to work cause well, agendas are now attached to council not ruler.

I mostly play UNE, so I'm not clear: Does this mod need any fixes for 3.8.*? Is it even still needed at all?

@Kzinti The mod still works for 3.5.1. Please keep in mind you have to wait 5 YEARS (internal cooldown) and have enough unity to select the ruler's agenda via your first planet's main capital decisions menu. Untested with toxoid origins, but works for everything else so far that doesn't moddify vanilla ruler agenda scrips, triggers etc. use irony mod manager if you are experiencing issues / verify game files. ^^

AI can use it? Why is the console command used to kill the leader? I mean, this agenda change decision doesn't kill my leader, right?
