Toyoden Toyoura Station Building

瑞城市豊浦地区の再開発事業として、瑞城豊浦電気鉄道(とよでん)、トミー東風谷建築設計、とよでんグループなどが合同で建造される計画ビルである。

「豊浦地区を瑞城市の交通拠点に」という思想のもと、従来の豊浦区役所駅前から立地移動し、「とよでん豊浦駅」というターミナル駅として生まれ変わらせる計画となることを想定してこのアセットを制作した。

このビルはとよでん豊浦駅が地下1～2階を全面的に使用し、ビルの低層階部分はとよでん百貨店本店、スパー(SPAR)、エディオン豊浦店、ユニクロ/ジーユー豊浦店、瑞城自動車クロッシングとようらなどが入居。
また高層階にはグランドハイアット豊浦が全面的に入居する。

以上の合同プロジェクトであるため、とよでん本社移転は行われない見通しとする計画といった設定である。

また、従来の豊浦区役所前駅に関してはとよでん不動産が用地を買収するという設定である。

またこのビルの地下3階には将来的に「瑞城メトロ1号線」の駅として入居する予定であるため、意図的に開けてある。
また地下4階から6階が地下駐車場となる。

As a redevelopment project for the Toyoura area of ​​Mizuki City, Mizuki Toyoura Electric Railway (Toyoden), Tommy V. Kochiya Architectural Design, Toyoden Group, etc. will jointly build this building.

Based on the idea of ​​"making the Toyoura area a transportation hub for Mizuki City," this asset was created on the assumption that the location will be moved from the conventional Toyoura Ward Office station square and reborn as a terminal station called "Toyoden Toyoura Station." bottom.

In this building, Toyoden Toyoura Station completely uses the 1st and 2nd basement floors, and the lower floors of the building are Toyoden Department Store Main Store, SPAR, EDION Toyoura Store, UNIQLO / GU Toyoura Store, "Mizuki Automobile Crossing" Etc. move in.
In addition, Grand Hyatt Toyoura will be fully occupied on the upper floors.

Since it is a joint project as described above, it is planned that the Toyoden headquarters will not be relocated.

In addition, Toyoden Real Estate will acquire the land for the conventional Toyoura Ward Office Mae Station.

In addition, it is intentionally opened because it is planned to move into the 3rd basement floor of this building as a station for "Mizuki Metro Line 1" in the future.
In addition, the 4th to 6th basement floors will be underground parking lots.
