Description
Adds a bunch of classic halloween tales retold by Walter! Don't worry, all of the stories have been sufficiently butchered by the nasally pre-pubescent teen!

Created for the Hallowed Nights mod challenge

@Willo These have never been in the game. Most of them are pretty goofy because they are actual scary stories that walter messes up. I'm pretty sure they are all clean.
