Satchel charges are packaged explosives for demolition purposes. During WW2 they were most comonly used against structures like rail lines, bunkers or buildings.
The American satchel charge depicted here was a bag filled with 10Kg of explosives and a fuse, while the German one was a more standard 3Kg container made of metal and activated with a screw+pull fuse

It's already a thing, look at our old M24 grenade pack. And if you mean impact grenade, look at the RPG40 from the Soviet grenade pack

One of these is around 4kg, as heavy as a rifle, and the other is over 10kg, like a light machinegun
