Report a translation problem
Cobalt drops by some 'tropical' enemies, or the ones in starting area after research. Mainly the rock guys, but other creatures can drop them as well.
Titanium drops by some 'volcanic' enemies, after titanium mining research was finished, again, mainly rock guys.
Uranium is dropped by 'desert' enemies, after research, again, and again, strike the rocky fellows.
Palladium, you gessed it, 'acid' biome, research, hunt down the Rock, if you want.
Tanzanite is mainly desert resource, Hazenite is mainly tropical resource, Ferdonite is volcanic resource, Rhodinite is acid resource.
