Captured by the germans on the 26th of april 1940, the ship was a surprise, it spent a few months unfinished, untill the germans compleated the construction between 17th november 1940-12th march 1942 with the name Seeigel, it served only on the baltic sea, in prieviously scouted regions, because it had a very deep draught. The ships was a supersized monitor, having heavy armour, it was scuttled after extensive bombing in Przembrzeg on the 21st of april 1945, to not fall into enemy hands. It was later captured by the soviet forces. In the german service it shot down 12 planes, sunk 1 destroyer and a few small craft. The ship was never equiped with any rangefinders.
