How to Download LSPDFR?

You must LSPDFR active in game. If you are in the game, press F4
this will open the console



6. Put that command in the console ReloadPlugins




7. Now you must go PD station and you go to duty

ive been sat here for an hour waiting for the game to open but it just says waiting for game window and when it gets past that it says my game version is unrecognized but my gta is the latest version.do you know why it does this?
