Description
Adds reload button for mod reloading to the debug widget bar.

This was working in 1.5 also, but it appears to now be broken.

:D i would not recomend to develope mods with all mods loaded - maybe when finished for a compatibility check
this mod is for mod developement - there is no reason to use this otherwise

Takes about 10 minutes for my game to boot. (yay mods) So yeah that does sound helpful for someone making adjustments.

For mod developement mainly.
I need to restart the game if i make changes to my mods.
Closing the game and starting it new takes to much clicks :)
