Super Paper Mario: Merlon and Nolrem's Flipside

Straight from Super Paper Mario, it's the land between dimensions: Flipside! This civilization is led by the wise sage Merlon, as well as his Flopside doppleganger, Nolrem. In Mario's adventure to stop Count Bleck from destroying all worlds, Flipside served as an interdimensional hub for the heroes to catch their breath and prepare to search for the next Pure Heart. In the original game, Flipside and Flopside are isolated worlds which are home to immense power and history, but require a lot of hard work and mysticism to connect to the rest of the multiverse from. Similarly, this mod will allow you to wield a powerful two civ core that takes extra effort to expand.

UA: Parallel Prophecies - Start with two settlers, but the cost of future settlers is greatly increased. Any buildings constructed in Flipside (including wonders) appear in Flopside, and vice-versa.

UU: Prognosticator - Replaces the Prophet. When spawned, all cities producing units rush production. (Note: Civ handles relgious units strangely, so you obtain Prognosticators by obtaining a standard Prophet, which is then promptly converted into a Prognosticator.)

UB: Heart Pillar - Replaces the Monument. Contains a slot for a Great Work of Writing which, when filled, allows units to airlift to and from that city.

Flipside's UA has the potential to be broken, especially if you really go for wonders. Hopefully that powerful advantage is balanced out by the major cost of expansion, but even if it's not, it's flavorful and true enough to the game that I'm willing to let it slide.
