Mazda CX-30

CX-30は、マツダが製造・販売するクロスオーバーSUVである。
MAZDA3に次ぐマツダの新世代商品群の第2弾として位置づけられているSUVで、2019年3月5日に世界初公開され、同年3月7日から開催されたジュネーブモータショーにて一般公開された。
2019年10月24日に日本国内で販売が開始された。
日本市場とヨーロッパ市場を中心にグローバルに展開されている。

なお、CX-3とCX-5の中間的位置づけのモデルとしては中国市場向けのCX-4があるが、CX-4はCX-5のプラットフォームを用いており、
さらにリヤオーバーハングを大きくしているため、サイズ的にはCX-5より大きくなることから、日本市場ではあまり売れないと判断されており、別モデルの開発となった。

パワートレーンも基本的にMAZDA3と共通で、2.0L直列4気筒直噴ガソリンエンジン「SKYACTIV-G」と、
1.8L直列4気筒直噴ディーゼルエンジン「SKYACTIV-D」に加え、新開発の2.0L直列4気筒直噴ガソリンエンジン「SKYACTIV-X」を搭載する。

Furthermore, because the rear overhang is made larger, it will be larger than the CX-5 in terms of size, so it was judged that it would not sell well in the Japanese market, so another model was developed.

The power train is basically the same as the MAZDA3, with the 2.0L in-line 4-cylinder direct injection gasoline engine "SKYACTIV-G".
In addition to the 1.8L in-line 4-cylinder direct-injection diesel engine "SKYACTIV-D", the newly developed 2.0L in-line 4-cylinder direct-injection gasoline engine "SKYACTIV-X" will be installed.
