Extremely durable All-Terrain Tracked Vehicle

My contest submission for the Blender Gatcha Contest #11, which accidentally won!

The HoverTrack is basically a Hovercraft with tracks. These specific track set are something special. Especially combined with the stupidly lightweight cabin and the propeller engine in the back, its pretty fast and stupidly durable. In some test cases, I finished the toughrunner track (a well respected vehicle test track) over 1.5 times before one track broke. On top of that, it drives incredibly pleasant.
