Now that is out of the way I present you, Bacon! He was the named Boar from the Thieves Den expansion pack for Oblivion. I have brought him into the Thieves Guild. For obvious reasons. He will wander the Cistern.

No he isn't a follower. I don't know how to make followers.(I wish I knew how) However if you have Amazing Follower Tweaks you can make him a follower.
