Description
The Camera is a 3-room charge active item that appears in treasure and shop rooms. Upon activation its effects are:

- Freeze all enemies in the room, including bosses
- Damage all enemies in the room, including bosses (Damage increases for every 10 enemies you "photograph", less than 10 = 1.5 DMG, less than 20 = 3.0 DMG, etc. and caps at 100 enemies with 15.0 DMG)

That might be a bit too powerful, was even considering making it a 4 charge item, the freeze and 15 damage it can get is very powerful in rooms with a lot of enemies.

The damage seems a little unnecessary tbh, freezing a whole room is already good
