How to get Green Keycard and where to use it.

This guide will be useful for beginners and even players with many hours!
In this guide it will show you how to get the Green Keycard in Rust and how / where to use it correctly!

Green Keycard
Places to can get the green keycard at:

Gas Station: Through main entrance, door on the left. Or go through the garage

Lighthouse: First door on the right as you enter from up the stairs.










Supermarket: Through the main entrance, back door on the left. Or through the rear










Junkyard: On the end of the container platform near the crane (and recycler).










Abandoned Cabins: Through the entrance at the top, On the table.










You can also get green keycards from dead scientists!


Where to use the green keycard

Satellite dish
First you would need a Green Keycard and an Electric Fuse.

Once you arrive at Satellite Dish you would need to look for the Telegraph poles and follow the wires until you get to a small metal 2x1 and insert the Electric Fuse into the the sparking plug. *Make sure you switch it on after putting in the fuse, The switch is behind the building*

After you have done that you will need to follow the Telegraph poles until you get to another 2x1 metal building with a green keycard scanner next to the door. Once you get to the door you will need to get your Green Keycard out left click looking at the scanner to swipe the card. If you have successfully swiped it the door will open and inside you will get: Blue Keycard and 2 crates.
If the Keycard scanner is not glowing green that means you either took too long and the fuse isnt working anymore or you have forgotten to turn it on.










Harbour 1
First you would need a Green Keycard and an Electric Fuse.
There are 2 different types of Harbours so make sure you're at the smaller one for this one!


Once you arrive at Harbour you will need to look for this 2 story building.
Once you have found this building you will need to enter the building through the bottom door, head to the back of the room until you find the fuse and the switch.After you have this put the fuse inside turn on the switch *right next to the fuse* quickly run out of the building and go to the second floor and swipe your Green Keycard on the scanner.If you have successfully swiped the Keycard the door will open inside you will get Blue Keycard and 1 crate. If the scanner isnt glowing green that means you either took too long and the fuse isnt working anymore or you have forgotten to turn it on.












Harbour 2
First you would need a Green Keycard and an Electric Fuse.
There are 2 different types of Harbours so make sure you're at the bigger one for this one!


Once you arrive at Harbour you will need to look for this area.Once you have found this area you will need to look for a small 2x1 building like this inside of that area
Once you have that building if you go inside there is sometimes a crate on the right but the fuse on your left as you enter the building.
Once you have put the fuse inside you will need to turn it on by the switch which is next to the door on the outside *There is a Telegraph pole above it*
Once you have turned the switch on you will need to look at the Telegraph pole above the switch and follow the wires until you get to this building.
Once you have got to this building you need to swipe you Green Keycard on the glowing green scanner. If you have successfully swiped the card, the door will open and inside is a Blue Keycard with 1 crate. If the door does not open and the scanner is not glowing that mean you either took too long to get to the door so the fuse isn't working or you have forgotten to turn the switch on.
















Sewer Branch
First you would need a Green Keycard and an Electric Fuse *Torch is optional but recommended*

Once you arrive at Sewer Branch you will need to look for this metal building.
After you have found this building go inside and look for the switch and fuse inside. Sometimes this building includes 1 crate.
After you have found the switch and fuse insert the fuse and turn it on then run outside and follow the Telegraph Poles down to this area.
Go down into the tunnel and turn right, Carry on following the wire on the top of the tunnel until you get to this door.
Once you have reached this door get your Green Keycard and swipe it on the glowing scanner. If you have successfully swiped it the door will open. After the door has opened you will need to carry on following the tunnel until you get to this point. If the door does not open and the scanner is not glowing that means you either didnt get to the scanner in time and your fuse isnt working or you have forgotten to turn on the switch.
Once you get to this point carry on going into the next room and all the crates are inside there.

This is all the locations you can use the Green Keycard at!!
