Glacial Fortress

Single home with all crafting stations, functional book shelves, weapon racks, manequins, follower idle markers, deity shrines, standng stones, a merchant and a pool. It's located in the main Skyrim world, but it requires both the Dragonborn and Dawnguard DLCs, as well as the latest patch.

It kinda started out as a personal project, a kind of a "headquarters" for all my followers because of the UFO Mod, and it grew over time.

The area can be accessed through one of the dungeons below it in the area if I recall, but it can also be just fast traveled to.
