Ma Teng, Han Sui, Liang Rebels and Looters can Now Raid too

Yellow Turban Rebel Factions can now use the Liberate Stance

The Very Northern Commandery Faction can now Raid to Represent the Nomadic Tribes

I think Raiding fits well for their faction, also I think it is very lore friendly for them to have raid.

Dong Zhuo allowed his Xiliang Army to raid the local populace, Dong Zhuo razed the capital Luoyang, but why can't he raid in the game, it fits his faction well and his intimidation mechanic.

While Gongsun Zan used his White Horse cavalry to raid Nomadic Wuhuan camps, also it is easy to imagine the militaristic Gongsun Zan to use his white horse archers to raid the lands of Yuan Shao. Raid will also give Gongsun Zan some uniqueness as CA forgot to give him any any unique resource or mechanic

Yuan Shu will use any method to gain advantage against his enemy including raiding, as Yuan Shu is just shameless. I think CA has some hate for Yuan Shu by giving him a weak factions with weak unique stuffs.

Lu Bu inherited some Xiliang warriors from Dong Zhuo, Lu Bu will raid the local populace to survive and vie for local hegemony.

Basically gave them all access to Liberate Stance


I also gave raid to some minor factions like Li Jue in 194,
Tian Kai in 194 due to him being the right hand of Gongsun Zan
while Gongsun Du probably utilize nomadic horse archer troops like the Xianbei and the Wuhuan in the conquest of Goguryeo (Korea)
I also gave raid to Ze Rong the Populist Rogue
While raid for Zhang Lu, I intend to give Liberate, but it is basically same with raid.

Compatible with everything and works with save game
AI can also use raid.
