De Punken
Today I will tell you how to copy your configurations from your main account to your second account. The process is quick and easy. All settings (graphics, mouse sensitivity, and more) are copied too.

Start
To start off you need your Steam ID3. To get this, simply navigate to https://steamidfinder.com/ and enter your username in. You will see all the information regarding your Steam IDs. Like shown below:

Take note of your steamID3, this is what we need. Do this for both accounts. Mine is 465368804 for my main account and 870959343 for my second.
Launch Options
Now on your main account, go to your library and right-click on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Click properties, then launch options. Select all and copy it, paste this into a text file.
Those are you launch options (though you may not have them).
All Settings
Now, go to your Steam installation folder. Typically this will be under either path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam

C:\Program Files\Steam

unless you have installed Steam somewhere else. Once you are in this folder navigate to UserData. Using your steamID3 as a reference, navigate to your first account (with all the settings you want). Once there, open the folder 730 (this is the ID for CSGO).
Open the local folder. Right-click on the cfg folder and select copy. Now, go back to the UserData folder. Open the folder with the steamID3 of your second account.
Navigate to the local folder again. This time we will delete the cfg folder. Now paste the other folder from your main account.
That should copy most of the settings for graphics, mouse movement, etc.
Remember those launch options we saved? Well, now login to your second account. Right-click on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, select properties, and then paste your launch options.
