Anchovy Sandwich recipe is not associated with any quest. Similar to the Cooking Workshop recipes, you will need to have the ingredients.

An olive is no longer required.

for the "why an Olive?", it used to require an olive to craft in earlier versions. I guess the reason to keep that requirement is for preventing early sandwich spam..?
