Installing Dayz Epoch Panthera through PlayWithSix Launcher

Installing DayZ Epoch Panthera using PlayWithSix Launcher. Also teaches on how to use and launch.

Hello!

Hello there and welcome to my guide! In this guide I will teach you how to install DayZ Epoch PANTHERA through the use of PlayWithSix. Most people find it complicated to use but if used correctly, its one of the most reliable and mistake-proof launcher!

I shall not waste your time further. Let's begin!

Downloading

To start off, go to http://dayzmod.com/?PlaywithSIX to download the launcher first.
It should be fairly straightforward, just click on the download button and you are good to go!




It shouldn't take a long time to complete. Next, click on the downloaded .exe. It should look like this

Now open up the launcher and you will see this screen.



The most important things to note are the tabs on the left, mainly Games, Mods and Servers. The mission file is not needed in this tutorial.


Click on games, and make sure Arma 2: Combined Operations is selected or Operation Arrowhead, both works fine.



Now that that is done, click on the Mods tab. While in this tab, type in "Panthera" in the search bar located at the top. Press enter and you will see a small list of mods. Double click the one named

Click on that and hit install. Here is a picture for better clarification.

Installation and launching the game

The 600mb download should take a little while to complete. After the installation, the download will install automatically. After everything is done, double click on the downloaded mod and it's picture should appear under the Mods tab like this.



Great! Now we can join a server! Click on the servers tab and a whole list of server will pop out.



Be aware that the server list contains servers for ALL the mods. In order to play on an Epoch Panthera server, type in "Panthera" under the mods filter in the server search column to filter out Epoch Panthera servers!

At this point, double click the server you want to play and it will appear under your Servers tab.



Click on the green JOIN button at the bottom left and you are ready to go!

ibr_plants should be included in your panthera installation, if it isnt you can install it independently. Search for ibr_plants the same way you searched for panthera. And it should appear. Cheers!

the only problem is i could nto launch or play anything due to some ibr_plants.pbo error that i wasted so much time trying to fix it but eventually failed..

The guide was really helpful i tried numerous of methods to get panthera through withsix and this one was the easiest and quickest, also i realized that one of the main reasons why i could not find panthera was because my launcher was out-dated. thank you mr. chow
