INTEL PACKET - OPERATION RIVER SNAKE
Date & Time: Nov. 19, 2018 - 1420hrs
Target Location: Oued Sebou River, Morocco
Enemy Personnel: 1x HVT (capture orders), 1x security detail of unknown strength, 1x local militia force of unknown strength
Civilian Presence: None
Friendly Personnel: 1x six-man fireteam from D Co., 1st Bn., 5th SFG (Ghost Recon), 1x sniper from the US Army Combat Applications Group (formerly Delta Force)

Thanks to the intel you snagged in Marrakesh, we've got a good lead. According to an encrypted chain of e-mails recovered from one of the computers, we've learned that one of the bigger fish in this trafficking ring is staying in a compound right here in Morocco. The tech wizards at the Activity did some of their computer magic, and they managed to trace the IP address of the computer used to send e-mails to the laptop we recovered; a compound just on the Oued Sebou River.

The Activity has had an unarmed drone flying above the compound for the past 36 hours. So far, we've managed to verify the presence of a protective detail inside the compound where we traced the e-mails to. However, we've seen no indication of any important-looking figures on site; that being said, the presence of the protective detail makes the presence of any HVTs highly likely. In addition, there has been a white Toyota Hilux that routinely visits the compound, dropping off men, munitions and supplies. These local militiamen have been staying on the site, so you'll probably have more enemies to contend with.

Your six-man team will insert via Zodiac on the riverbank near the compound, and move south towards the objective. There will be a lot of open ground to cover from the insertion point to the compound, so we've managed to get some sniper support from Delta; the Delta sniper will be positioned in the rocks to the west, and will be able to cover your approach. It's unlikely he'll be able to see inside the compound, however, so you'll be on your own once you cross the threshold. Once inside the compound, you'll need to clear it out and locate the HVT, then bring him back to the Zodiac and extract him back here.

To summarise, your objective is to get to the compound, detain and extract the HVT, and eliminate his security detail if you can. We have to do this now; we can't wait until dark because we simply don't know if the target is preparing to leave. I know you'll get it done; you're Ghosts.
