Midrise Residential #1 - Corner R - Variant #1

This building is part of the Midrise Residential Collection, a series of... well, midrise residential buildings. Check out the collection for more!

#1 is a 2010s midrise residential building featuring two brick styles: classic red bricks on the ground floor, and lighter beige bricks on the top floors. Accent white and dark grey are used on the window shutters and wall-topping details. There are four shops on the ground floor.

This is the right corner piece. Center and left corner pieces are also available in the collection.

The rest of the variants and the corner pieces are not included in this download, and are available for individual download in the Midrise Residential Collection.

Hi Hindi!

They are not currently optimized for Loading Screen Mod, but I've been looking into it. Future buildings added to this collection that share the same style will definitely be optimized for LSM, and I will most likely update these 5 existing assets for that in the near future. When that has happened, I will update their descriptions to reflect the change, too.
