I FORGOT TO SAY ON VIDEO:

one thing that I forgot to say in video is you should do the switch twice to get the diamond 100%. Like when you went from CEO to MC then come back again from MC to CEO. if you don't do it correctly you'll have to cancel the heist and try again, as you know when you finish the heist once you have limited amount of time to set the heist on hard mode and by canceling the heist the hard mode won't disappear and you'll still have your time to set up.
