how to put lego mindstorms characters in source filmmaker

step 1. export the robot in bricklink studio.
step 2. import the robot in blender. then, export as an SMD file. but you need the blender source tools addon. and it's only for windows.
step 3. use crowbar to make an MDL file.
step 4. put the MDL file in the workshop first. then, you add the robot in source filmmaker.

design a lego mindstorms character. then export as a DAE file.(file, export as, export as collada)

in blender, click file, import, colada.
click export
remember, you will need the blender source tools.

first, make the qc file. then, use it. then click compile.

step 4: source filmmaker

drag the folder to usermod. then, find it.
