Well, like everybody knows to expose a alien you just need to find one and send him home. They are usually easy to find because they will change appearance due hologram malfunction and a noticeable noise.

The quickest way to find aliens is by going to your list of patients and order them on level of diagnosis. Every patient with an empty bar of diagnosis who is not queing for reception or a GP is an alien. Don't expect to see too many at one peek though.

If you are having too much trouble just send every patient home and wait for more, marketing will help your reputation staying high.

But here is were I discovery a fun fact, you don't have to expose fifty aliens in all three levels from Close Encounters DLC, because in the level "Fitzpocket Academy" from Culture Shock DLC, you have to expose some paparazzi and they count as alien too.

So, if you have three stars in this two DLC, you probably should have 50 infiltrator exposed and naturally get the achievement, and with that you will save so much time to get this.
