[B42/41] Newtype Flash Sound

Description
This simple mod replaces the zombie surprised player sound with the Newtype flash sound effect.

This sound effect using a musical instrument called Flexatone is commonly used in Anime.
I call it Newtype flash sound from GUNDAM.

It is compatible with both Build 42 and Build 41.

@American I thought about making a mod with Gundam series stingers, but I couldn’t come up with any good ideas, so I’ve put it on hold for now. Maybe someone has already made something similar, but if I gather more stinger samples later, I might give it a try.

I associate this sound more with Shin Chuka Ichiban's "DELICIOUS" scenes more so that makes it better for me!
